Walking tour of Warwick

The Weird Walk of Warwick is a 90-minute walking tour of Warwick town centre, heading to famous locations, hidden secrets and historic buildings, where your guide tells you of the gory murders, terrifying ghost stories, astonishing myths and famous faces from history that have taken place in Warwick over the years.

Tours mostly take place in the evening, when the town is dark, and famous landmarks such as churches and the castle are lit up.

This is not a ghost tour, or a history tour, but a combination of the two. Only the strangest, unbelievable and momentous occasions in history are found on this tour.

Wonderful story telling experience.

A must do whilst in Warwick!
We booked this tour with our teenage Daughter as we wanted something to do in Warwick on the evening. Sooooo glad we did!! Terence our tour guide was absolutely amazing! The history that was brought to life through incredible knowledge of dates and names was awesome. Terence was polite, expressive, professional and welcoming. Well worth it

History walking tour
What a great time we all had. Martha was an excellent guide, her enthusiasm and passion was brilliant. I have been to Warwick many times before but I still learnt lots from the walk. Martha was our guide and we were lucky enough to be the only ones on the tour so we could have a chat between the stop points. She was very pleasant and engaging with a wealth of knowledge. She took us down paths, some of which we had never been down before and crammed in a lot of interesting facts and anecdotes. Perfect introduction to Warwick’s history
Martha was our enthusiastic and well informed guide. It was a 2 hr chat walking around Warwick, very informal and exactly what we wanted. She gave us further tips on what else to see and explore. We would recommend this tour 😉
